SIERRA LEONE HAS QUALIFIED FOR THE U-20 AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS 2025, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE NATION’S HISTORY.

The Nation’s U20 team, the Shooting Stars, achieved a remarkable victory, defeating Gambia with three goals to nil (3-0).

This glorifying victory ultimately secured a spot for Sierra Leone to participate in the 2025 African Cup of Nations for U-20 and also qualified them for the WAFU Finals.

Sierra Leone also guaranteed a spot at the 2025 FIFA World Cup U-20 in Chile for reaching the semifinals of the AFCON U-20 qualifiers.
