The Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) has mandated that all arriving and departing passengers at Freetown International Airport must complete Health Declaration Forms, warning that failure to comply will result in denied boarding.
In a public notice issued on Wednesday, the SLCAA stated that the requirement applies to all travellers using the airport, locally known as FNA.
To prevent travel disruptions and ensure smooth processing, the authority strongly advises passengers to complete their forms before arriving at the airport and to have them readily available for verification.
The SLCAA has also urged airlines and travel agencies to inform passengers of the new rules to ensure full compliance.
The notice was signed by the SLCAA Director General, Ms. Musayeroh Barrie, who reaffirmed the authority’s commitment to promoting safe and efficient air transport operations in the country.
