The All People’s Congress (APC) has on Wednesday, January 15, 2026, unveiled a new timetable for its internal electoral process, following the recent revalidation of the party’s electoral guidelines by the Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC).
In a statement issued by the APC National Secretariat, the party disclosed that the revised schedule will guide elections and conventions across all structures, including wards, constituencies, districts, regions, and the national level.
The electoral process will climax with the APC National Delegates’ Conference, slated for August 9 to 12, 2026.
According to the Secretariat, the conference is expected to play a critical role in shaping the party’s future, as delegates will elect a new national executive leadership and choose the party’s flagbearer for the 2028 general elections.
