The US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, has announced that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been indicted for three counts of charges for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and interstate transportation for prostitution.
According to the attorney, the indictment alleges that between 2008 and the present, ‘Diddy’ has abused, threatened, and coerced victims to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.
Attorney Williams claims that Sean ‘Diddy’ allegedly led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that uses the business empire he controls to carry out criminal activities including sex trafficking, forced labour, arson, kidnapping, bribery, and the obstruction of justice.
The US Attorney proceeded to elucidate the allegations made against Sean “Diddy” in the indictment, stating that he was purportedly involved in years of sexual abuse and exploitation of women and other individuals through multiple means. Sean “Diddy,” according to Attorney Williams, coerced and threatened victims into engaging in lengthy sexual performances with male commercial sex workers, some of whom he transported or forced to be transferred across the state. The dubbed “Freak Offs” were supposedly organised, directed, and recorded by him. In order to keep the victims cooperative, Sean “Diddy” allegedly gave them nicotines like ketamines, ecstasy, and GHB during these “Freak Offs,” which were said to last for days.
The Attorney also disclosed information that was discovered during a search warrant executed by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents in March of this year at “Diddy’s” homes in Miami and Los Angeles. They took possession of weapons and ammunition as well as electronic devices that held picture and video evidence of the “Freak Offs” with multiple victims. They also took possession of personal lubricants and over 1,000 baby oils which Sean “Diddy’s” employees allegedly used to stock hotel rooms for the “Freak Offs.”
Following the prosecutors’ disclosure of personal lubricants and baby oil found at Combs’ homes, Sean Combs’s long-time rival Curtis James Jackson, aka 50 Cent, tweeted, “I don’t have 1,000 bottles of lube at the house” after the unsealed indictment.
