TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST FORMER COACH

The management of Bai Bureh Warriors Football Club has announced its intention to take legal action against coach Hassan Milla Sesay following the termination of his contract with the club. The signing fee for Milla Sesay’s three-year caching contract was NLE15,000.

As a result, if he continues with the termination of his contract, he will be liable to pay the club a sum of NLE 45,000 as stipulated in the agreement. The contract includes a clause that specifies if the club terminates his contract, he is entitled to three months salary as a mutual settlement.

However, if he resigns or unilaterally terminates his contract, he is required to pay the club three times his signing fee. The club has given coach Hassan Milla Sesay a period of 20 workdays from the time he submits his termination letter to settle the payment.

Failure to comply with this clause may result in legal action being pursued by the club to enforce the terms of the contract.
